User Area

The Common User Area (CUA) offers secure hard stand areas that are strategically located close to the Port of Darwin’s East Arm Wharf.

Sites within the CUA are available for short to medium term rental options at market rates, with land areas negotiable to suit individual business requirements.

The CUA is available to organisations and businesses to engage in a range of commercial activities including fabrication, assembly and maintenance to support and service the transport and logistics, marine, defence, oil and gas and resource industries.
